Rule 34
<br> to designate a spokesperson
The Council of Ministers may appoint a spokesperson to a minister for the purpose of bringing to the public information the work he has done or has done.
(2) Except as otherwise provided in this regulation, the work and duties of the spokesperson of the Council of Ministers shall be as follows –
(a) Decisions made by the Council of Ministers on matters other than decisions that should be kept secret from the point of view of security or of a sensitive nature are usually made public after twenty-four hours. However, the spokesperson may make public any matter of public importance that he deems appropriate.
(B) Publish information, statements, releases, etc. of public importance to be issued by the Council of Ministers.
(c) To perform other tasks assigned by the Council of Ministers.
